M3 Engineering Group was selected to prepare a plan for a sidewalk café at Beffa
Brothers, a St. Louis icon in business for 112 years. The plan included widening an
existing sidewalk along Olive Boulevard to accommodate outside dining, a new rain garden, planting of trees, installation of crash-proof planters, wrought iron fencing, exterior up-lighting and relocation of utilities.  M3 also assisted in the effort to secure grant funding through the Neighborhood Commercial District Incentive Program, better known as the Façade Program, designed to assist the owner or the business of a commercial property in improving and/or restoring the building to be more appealing to the consumer and the neighborhood.
