M3 Engineering Group is a consulting firm that provides engineering planning, design and LEED support for public and private clients in variety of areas of Civil Engineering, including water, wastewater, stormwater, roadway, structural and site.

While M3 is a new company, the M3 partners have over 70 years of combined experience in engineering.  We have brought this experience together to form a company specifically designed to provide outstanding client service.  The carefully selected staff at M3 comes from a varied background that includes public service, construction engineering and consulting.

At M3, we employ a structured quality control process, along with solid accounting practices, as part of our management approach.  M3’s President, Marjorie Melton, is a LEED Accredited professional and is active the US Green Building Council.  M3 staff have technical expertise in stream biostabilization, rain garden design and use of sustainable construction materials.  We help our clients reduce energy consumption and we volunteer to clean up Missouri Rivers through Operation Clean Stream.
